Tina Ambani was born on 11 February 1957 in Mumbai. She got married to Anil Ambani who is the chairman of Reliance company. Tina is from a Gujarati Jain family and grew up in Mumbai with his family. She has eight siblings and is the youngest among them. Tina did her graduation from MM Pupils Own School, Mumbai. She even won the crown of Femina Teen Princess in the same year. She was also the runner-up in Miss Teenage Intercontinental contest which was held in Aruba. Tina then got into Jai Hind College for getting the Arts degree. Tina also studied Interior designing as well as Computer Science in Los Angeles. 

 

However, she got interested in acting and, therefore, joined Bollywood. Her debut film was Des-Pardes which was released in 1978. Tina was even the heroine of Sanjay Dutt’s debut film, Rocky. Her career in Bollywood was excellent and continued to grow for thirteen years. She was also involved in rumors of having a relationship with Sanjay Dutta and Rajesh Khanna. The last movie of Tina was Jigarwala which got released in 1991. In the same year, she married Anil Ambani and now have two sons, Jai Anmol, and Jai Anshul. Tina is the chairperson of KokilabenDhirubhaiAmbani Hospital, and CSR, Reliance group. She is also the chairperson of Mudra Foundation which is the reason for the establishment of MICA. 

 

She has also organized a Harmony Art show in 1995. It provided an opportunity for the youths to showcase their talent in front of some of the well-acknowledged masters. This show has reached an international level which provides a platform for the Indian artists on an international level. Tina also got an invitation to be one of the members of the board of trustees of Peabody Essex Museum. It is located in Salem, Massachusetts and is the oldest museum to have treasures of Indian art. Tina has also been involved with many NGOs including Aseema. She has also established an NGO whose motive was to improve the life of the elders. Also, KokilabenDhirubhaiAmbani hospital was launched by Ambani for providing a quality healthcare system. It has received recognition from JCI, NABL and many more. Tina was the ambassador of Group CSR and with her efforts, the group got recognized as the first founding partner of Global Goals Campaign from India.
